Homosexual workplace relationships, how do you know if it is fraternization or discrimination?

If two homosexuals have an affair at work with each other, is that fraternization and if someone complains is that discrimination?

You can’t tell homosexual that they can’t ask someone out at work because that would be discrimination, right? But then who is allowed to have work place relationships, heterosexuals or homosexuals? If a complaint of fraternization is made against a heterosexual couple, I doubt they can cry “discrimination”. Isn’t it easier for a homosexual couple to cry “discrimination”?

It is consider fraternization, and it is not discrimination whether they try to say it because work relationship are not allowed. This is coming from someone that is gay.
